i've heard all 3 versions many many times. they are all played so extraordinarily well, but 02/28 is the one that impresses bobby deniro the most. i find 10/12 to be slightly better than the version from two from the vault.

when i started collecting shows, it was from the internet and a few reel to reel FM shows a deadhead friend had. I was a second set and/or Darkstar nut - All era's - I'm better now :)

lol, i have over 60 shows from '69, by far the most from any year in my collection. i got all my downloading in when the sbds were all available many moons ago. i only have 1 show from '93 by comparison.

right on. Maybe I need to allocate some time to re-listen to them. I've been very slowly discovering the gems within that legendary box set for the past year and a half.

wisc, do you have copies of all the shows? i'd be willing to help fill out your fillmore west '69 collection if it's lacking in anyway. this is music that MUST be heard by every deadhead. let me know if you're interested.
